Introduction

Stylus is Scribe’s design system.

This site—stylus.design—documents the design system used at Scribe.

A design system is a set of standards to manage design at scale by reducing redundancy while creating a shared language and visual consistency across different pages and channels.

Although this website is public, it is intended primarily to serve designers, engineers, and product managers who work at Scribe. Components documented here cannot be downloaded from the open web.

All components documented here are available in our monorepo, from the stylus-ui package, and in Figma, within the Design System team.

If you want to contribute changes to Stylus components or docs, please see the contribution guide. Questions about the design system or requests for new components or updated props should be posted in the #design-system channel on Slack.
